I ordered something, but I want to cancel
All orders and product shipments can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact our support centre by emailing email@example.com within 1 business day (9h – 18h EST) following payment. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
